Who we are

What we collect

• When you open the demo: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, the time you signed up, and the time you gave consent.
• If you choose to: a star rating and comment, a problem or complaint report, or an early-access request.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the demo and send you a short welcome email.
• To tell the Crown & Code owner that someone tried the demo, and to follow up on your feedback or complaint.
• To contact you about the full version only if you ask for early access.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

What stays in your browser

Anything you type into the dashboard itself (tasks, contacts, deals and so on) is stored only in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us. Please don't enter real customer information in this free preview.

Where it is stored and who helps us

Sign-up, rating, complaint and early-access information is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and emails are sent through Resend. These providers may store or process information on servers outside South Africa. We choose providers that protect information, and only the Crown & Code owner can read what is stored.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you use the demo and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing crownancode@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
